Rang up and was told I didn't order that item when I read off of a list with it wrote down. Said can we have one delivered anyway as we've paid for it and the guy on the phone said we hadn't ordered it in the first place but was still charged, As we Calculated it all up. Very rude guy on the phone. Not pleased.
